About me...

Drawing is my passion especially with pets and disney cartoon characters. They are my all time favourites. What made me decided to start up a business with flowers and art? First of all, I have to thank my business partner, Melanie, for giving me ideas and encouragement. She has all the confidence in me that she decided to invest in my creations.

All these while, I have been taking jobs for the sake of making a living but who doesn't? Last year was the worst financial crisis year in history. However, it was an excellent year for me. I quit my job on Dec 08. I spent the whole of last year thinking about what I want to do. Initially, starting a business online and eventually open a shop was not one of my plans. I was thinking to myself: I want a job that I can work both indoors and outdoors. Being a property officer came into my mind. I went for the course briefing. The staff made me feel that they didn't mean to help and the offer was terrible. What about doing home businesses like being a property agent or tuition coordinator? Yes, I managed to rent out a flat and recommanded a tutor to a student. So what's next? I paid fees to gain access to a database of tutors to my tuition agency but did not see any increase of the tutor list. I realised that I am still depending on someone for survival. No no no... As for the rental specialist job, it didn't work well and the company collapsed. Besides Melanie, Kim, another good friend of mine has given me valuable advice too. During my darkest moment, I was lifted by them and their encouragement. I will continue seeking for their advice.


I am someone who doesn't wallow over my misery. I love to move on and I love planning for the next step. Next, I was thinking what can I do to survive without relying on anyone? It took me a long time to think about it. Selling on e-bay? Yes, but what kind of products? No, I have completely no idea with buying and selling products online. It took me 2 to 3 months to figure out.

Chinese New Year this year. I painted my wall and decided to draw a  series of drawings based on the "Forever Friends" theme to decorate my wall. Melanie was there helping me. She saw my talent and gave me the idea that I could sell my talent. At first, i brushed her idea away. Yes, it took me about a month to think over her suggestion. Right now, I am going to make it happen and it will only be a journey to success...
